Strawberry Fields Revisited Pre-Order Kits

Given that this time around we are an "early release" collection, and the fabric is due to arrive in January, 2015, that means that it needs to go to print earlier, which means... you guessed it, we need to do PRE-ORDER KITS early too! So hopefully you are ready for these even though it seems so early to be doing this!

If you are new to this little party... welcome to the biannual fun that is our PRE-ORDER KIT PROCESS. I think this is the 3rd or 4th year we have done this and I know that so many of you depend on these pre-orders to get your Fig Tree Kit fix for the year! We are so glad to be here for you.

We are so grateful for your loyalty and business. We are here to serve you! This is how it works....

In order to ensure that everyone who wants to receive one of these kits when they arrive in January, does indeed get one, we take pre-orders now while we have a chance to guarantee that we can order all the fabric we need to cut enough kits for everyone.

The fine print of the PRE-ORDER process is below so if you are here for the first time, be sure to read all of it before you pre-order. Don't worry, they won't sell out while you are ordering because right now during the PRE-ORDER process, everyone who wants one, will get one!

If you order in the next few days.... THE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON YOUR KIT will be free in January!

KIT PRE-ORDER FINE PRINT: PLEASE READ

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OTHER ITEMS ALONG WITH YOUR PRE-ORDER KITS. If you do this, that product will need to be charged extra shipping and shipped to you separately this week. You can of course order multiple kits in one order or in separate orders. Since they are all pre-orders, they will all get put together and shipped together in January. If you do place multiple pre-order kit orders, please note this in the comments section so we can combine them for you.

*** if you order several or all of the kits and due to insurance issues we need to ship your kit order via UPS, there will possibly be some additional shipping charges***

• Pre-ordering a kit is like signing up for a special lay away program here at Fig Tree. We charge you up front for a portion of the kit upon ordering today. The rest of the price of the kit is split into 4 payments that will be charged to your card in October, November, December and January. The payment will happen around the 10th of each month. Please make a note somewhere for yourself so that when the monthly payment comes through each month, you will remember what it is for. it will be called "STRAWBERRY FIELDS PRE-ORDER KITS" payment. PAYPAL IS NOT AN OPTION FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS SUCH AS THIS ONE.

• The STRAWBERRY FIELDS REVISITED collection of fabric is scheduled to ship from the MODA warehouse in January. As soon as we receive it at Fig Tree, we will cut all the kits and get them out to you as fast as we can. Barring any unforeseen delivery problems, the kits should be on their way to you by the middle of January.

• All INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING will be calculated at the time of shipment [and attached to your last payment in January]. We only ship via the USPS and use their GLOBAL PRIORITY shipping exclusively.

• If during the next few months your card changes, needs a new expiration date or you need to change the # all together, please just log into your account and make the necessary changes so we can keep the charging schedule. Please stay current. We cannot make changes for you, only you can do that in your own account. If we don't have your current info, we can't charge your monthly payment and we can't guarantee the timely receipt of your kit.

• If you move during the months of the pre-order kits, you need to notify us by email and/or phone of your address change. If you we do not respond, that means we did not receive it and we ask that you try again. The system will not change your address automatically even if you update your account because it sees this as an order that had already been shipped in September. We need to manually change your shipping address in our PRE-ORDER binder.

• This program is not refundable, cancelable or transferable. The first month's payment is a part of the total price of the kit. You are NOT charged anything extra for this monthly "layaway" program. It is the only way we can secure and guarantee that we will have enough fabric for everyone who wants one of these Fig Tree kits! It is a wonderful deal that we hope you will take advantage of! We offer this only two times a year, along with each new collection of fabric and patterns that we release. Thanks so much for your support and business!

I went to go order Star Crossed, but did not see any payments for Oct-Jan (just April and in the summer) Confused can anyone help? Have to get my Fig Tree fix :)

I do not see the 16 block Star Crossed. Maybe it is still being updated :)

I don't see the 16" block version of the Star Crossed quilt? There's a 12" version shown, but the payment months are wrong and I really wanted the 26" version. Let me know when it's fixed so I can order. Thanks!

I also want the 16 inch star crossed version but saw only the 12 inch. Again the Payment is wrong at $35.56 & it says the other payments are due April - July. I did however order & would like to hear back from you with an explanation & correction . Thanks so much

If you refresh your screen all the typos should be fixed. There is no 16 inch version. That was a typo only a 12 inch version exists.
