Lotsa bolts
Winner coming up!

I am so very excited and proud to share with you, my latest "baby". Many a times I did indeed compare it to child birth so I guess the metaphor has stuck!

My new book....

It feels like it has been such a long time in the coming but I guess if I look at it all with better perspective, it hasn't been that long at all- at least not for a book process that is!

I will tell you much more in the upcoming weeks and share a lot of fun stuff about the process & the projects. For now I am just happy to show you this!

The book showcases projects that are both geared towards quilters as well as sewers and focuses on both of these wonderful worlds in separate sections of the book!

Leave a comment telling me what topic in the book-  QUILTING or SEWING- you are most excited about or interested in and I will enter you to win a mini bundle of our newest fabric collection, California Girl!

We will draw at the end of this week so be sure to check back.

Can't wait to hear which "side" you are coming from. Geesh, I can barely wait to show you more goodies!

I have to choose just one??? Well, I'm going to say quilting, but I'm a little torn! :)

i can barely wait to SEE more goodies!
im definitely the quilting side of things!
but your little crafts and pincushions make me want to convert!

I am a quilting and sewing junkie. I look forward to the entire book. Good luck to all!

I think sewing for now, am loving what I can see on the cover & am excited for you!

How awesome! Congratulations on your book! I look forward to getting my hands on it and devouring it :) I just picked up a charm pack of California Girl to dream and play with before buying larger quantities. Love all your lines!

I love them both, but I think my first love is quilting!!! Can't wait to get my hands on your new book! Love the one I have! Your new baby looks adorable! :O)

My roots are with sewing, but quilting has become my new obsession.

Very interested in the quilting! Can't wait to see more of the book :)

Quilting!! I love your patterns AND your fabric!

Quilting but I always enjoy sewing projects too from children's clothing to toys.

I love quilting just a tiny bit more than sewing! Love the cover - can't wait to peek inside!

quilting for sure

I go back and forth all the time, I quilt, I sew, I quilt then sew. So I'm Excited about both, really! Love everything that you do, you're an inspiration!

Looking forward to the quilting projects as I adore your fabrics and quilts.

Both! I love quilting although I have never made anything larger than a crib quilt. And I love to sew - I used to do that for a living. Looks like a gorgeous book.

I am very excited about the quilting projects. Thank you for the contest.

The cover of the book looks adorable! I love quilting and sewing....lately I've been making a lot of totes, change purses and makeup bags.

Oh, I am really bad at picking sides -- definitely FABRIC first! If I have to choose...QUILTING! Congratulations on your new baby, I can't wait to see her up close and personal.

I would have to say quilting! Thanks for the giveaway.

Quilting! But I have sewn stuff all my life--to me, it's all sewing, but currently have more of a repertoire of finished quilts, quilts in progress, quilt kits wating to be made, and quilt designs waiting to be drawn...so it's quilting!

Oooh, this looks like a fabulous book. I would have to say I'm looking forward to the sewing projects, although I'm sure the quilts will be beautiful to look at.

OH, Congrats! Quilting, for sure, although I'm excited to see it all!

I've sewn all my life (well, since 8 years old) !!!! Love sewing quilts. LOVE being inspired by your beautiful fabrics and designs!

Looks lovely! Will be fun to see both sections!

I would have to say I am more interested in quilting projects. Though I love a little fun sewing project too now and then!! k.bugbee@att dot net

I am interested and happy to hear that both crafts will be in the book. I started sewing my own clothes following my mother who sewed everything for me, even my wedding dress. After I married I took sewing up for my self. I then became interested in home decor which led me about 6 years ago to quilting, which is now my greatest love. I love Fig Tree Fabrics and just bought your new kit California Girl for a quilt for my bedroom.

I love the fabrics and the quilts.

Most interested in quilting, but sewing is enticing too!

I cannot wait to read about the quilting projects! I also just saw you on the Fat Quarter Jolly Jabber and wrote my "feelings" about your fabrics.....but I think you already know that I LOVE all of your fabric lines and I am sure your book will be no different.

I bet the quilting projects will be great! but would love the sewing projects also. Love the cover....

Ooooh, this looks like a great book. Quilting would be my preference, but it's all good.

Both !!!
I love your designs and fabrics, would love to have a copy of your book for even more inspiration....x

squeel!!! how exciting and I can't wait to see all the projects. Quilting is my new obsession but sewing is never far away.
thanks for the chance.
love me :-)

Who could really pick -- I have been sewing since I was 10, so that's 52 years and I have been quilting for about 5 years so I guess a little of both!! Thanks for the chance to win some of your absolutely lovely fabric.

Usually quilting but right now perhaps sewing since I don't have much time.

I am into quilting more and congrats on your book....It looks absolutely fabulous!! Hugs Vicki x

I am always excited about learning all kinds of new things in quilting, but I am trying to branch out and make more three dimensional projects. I want to conquer all of my sewing fears and learn to make beautiful things of all kinds.

I like both...quilting and sewing for children :) Your book looks wonderful, and I sure want some California Girl!!!

can't wait. I am looking forward to the sewing side

Sewing for me. Your book looks so inviting. Your colours are always so lovely.

Quilting but looking forward to the sewing too. Thanks for the giveaway.

Quilting ! But also sewing !
The cover pincushion is tempting !
Thank you for the giveaway !

Both...I have paint chip colors taped on my walls, I am in the process of changing out one very large room to all fig tree colors and fabrics. So needless to say I am kinda hoarding yards and yards of different lines to mix and match for cushions. Of course it is already gonna be loaded with quilts. Just gotta get the hubs to help me paint. Misery loves company in that game..hahahaha. Susan

I'm from the sewing side but your beautiful quilt patterns are enticing me to try the quilting side too. The book looks amazing and thank you for a chance to win. :)

I love the look of the whole book so went & preordered it - 50 days + delivery to wait! I'll make more use of the quilting side than the sewing, I think? Tracee xx

Love new quilting projects!

I love quiltIng but want to try my hand at some sewing. What a great book for that!

Although I am interested in both, the sewing side appeals to me slightly more. It's the part I would look at first :-)

Wow. I love to see your new book! I am into quilting. Tried the sewing part, like making a pincushion, but it didn't do it for me much. So back to quilting with Fig Tree fabrics! Just love you lines!
